6. Right of Withdrawal

The withdrawal period begins from the moment the agreement is signed and lasts 14 days. The user has the right to withdraw from the agreement without providing any reason during this period. The burden of proof that the withdrawal notice has been delivered to the provider, Trigon Software, lies with the user.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the case of disputes, the Provincial and District Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized. The user may apply to the Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the provider's place of residence.

8. Return Procedure

If the user exercises their right of withdrawal or if a refund decision is made by the Arbitration Committee, the refund procedure for payments made by credit card will be determined by the bank. The user agrees to comply with the procedure set by the bank.
